Can I give them more than 5 stars??!! This company is my go-to moving forward for ANY HVAC issues. They responded quickly, the office staff is extremely polite and helpful, the technicians were both wonderful- very nice, explained things and offered suggestions in a helpful manner, they showed up on time and were very considerate of my property, leaving things better than they found them :) HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing service!!

We talked to Aire Serv about our furnace in the afternoon and they had our technician, Aaron Stanislawski, at our home by 8:00 the next morning. He explained to us what was going on with the furnace and what needed to be done. He was able to take care of it right away. He was very punctual, courteous and friendly. Not edited because I was asked! But because they made right of a mix up, and over delivered! Long story short Home Warrant company submitted my claim for a 2nd opinion to Sewickley Air Serve. My A/C already being down for 3 weeks made this process that more frustrating. I received an email to schedule, and called to schedule but got Air Serves answering service. The answering service told me mistakenly they did not service my area, which required me to submit a new claim and further the process by 1-2 more weeks. I upset, and believing Air Serve should have honored the work order, having they accepted it, left a poor review. No sooner then the next business day, did Jessica reach out and not only apologize but offer to come out that day. The answering service gave me bad information, and they did in fact service my area, and correctly accept the bid. At this point the insurance had canceled the work order, after confirming with the same receptionist I spoke to, that they would not do the work. Well Jessica pulled through again! Dealing with insurance companies is like pulling teeth. Jessica got her accounting department to re open the original claim, and got a tech out to me in less the 24 hours. That’s not 5 star service, that’s 6 star service! They took a situation that was out of there direct control at that time, and capitalized on it. You have a customer for life, and I will be sure to contact you for my commercial needs as well! We will be talking soon

My furnace shorted out and I needed to either replace a particular circuit board on a 20 year old furnace or get a new furnace. Knowing that I would probably be best served with a new furnace, I called several companies for quotes. On Wednesday, I called Aire Serv for an appointment. I had a quote on Thursday, and I had the furnace installed on Friday. It was a very quick response with a great quote and the two gentlemen who came to install the furnace were very professional, clean, and efficient in the install.

I appreciated getting an appointment so quickly. Ryan explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions and was able to get everything up and running. The prices were clear and he gave me several options to choose from. Glad to have the maintenance plan now to keep things running smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing service and quality work! We had a mini split installed. The pricing was great. The technicians explained everything. I love that they continue to monitor the product by actually visiting after installation to confirm that the customer is satisfied and that the product is working correctly. WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND!! Called them Tuesday morning in late May about replacing my old, broken whole-house AC. They were the fastest to set up an inspection, had an estimate ready immediately that met my budget needs and could install within days. Helped us find an affordable furnace to replace our 30-year-old unit too. The crew was quiet and professional throughout their work so we barely heard them, even when they had to stay into the early evening to custom cut and build extra venting to make the connection with my old system. No extra charge for any of it, and their estimate was about 15% lower than another bidder to begin with. Very friendly and helpful people, replaced my costly furnace air filter free, and even helped with an extension on my dryer vent and removing and capping an old gas line for a defunct outdoor grill, all again at no charge.

I am so thankful Aire Serv and all the work they did for us from beginning to end! DEBBIE the secretary is amazing to speak with and knows exactly how to solve any issue. MORGAN the Home Design coordinator was so polite, friendly and respectful as she went over options in our budget for new furnaces. The technician AARON was a rockstar in fixing our furnace. He also educated us on how to properly operate our thermostat and what to look out for in the future. This company is simply the best HVAC company in Pittsburgh. I had a brand new system installed to replace the 22 year old dinosaur in our home. The initial consult took an entire look at the existing home and square footage to evaluate our needs. We had options to make sure we they worked for our budget. Since the install about 2 months I cannot get over how quiet and efficient the system is. I have smart thermostat and the run time has drastically reduced thus improving our energy bills. I am extremely happy with the service, the technicians were professional and knowledgeable. I cannot say thank you enough for fitting us in for a new install so quickly.

10/10 for the technician Ryan. He was very nice and super helpful. My only complaint is that it took three appointments to show up and they never let me know they were not coming/late. They should make their customers aware if they are not going to show up or are going to be late.

My significant other and I found ourselves in need of an emergency repair that occurred in the late night hours. A snake got itself caught in my AC Unit outside! What a sight and sound to wake up to, yuck! Anyway, Jessica, Aaron, and Ryan were more than accommodating in arranging a quick emergency repair. Jessica was instrumental in arranging my appointment time and billing/payment and Aaron and Ryan went above and beyond in providing my AC repairs. Ryan came in and had me up and running in 30 min. Problem was a pressure switch that the two other service calls failed to find. I’m up and running now. Would recommend Ryan and airserve for heating needs. Did the work explained what he did. Very, very professional

The entire team at Aire Serv goes above and beyond!!!! The installers are professional, efficient and friendly. The new furnace is great!!! They cleaned up so well! Debbie, I can’t thank you enough for guiding and helping me through the whole process! I have a home warranty company that is Awful, and Debbie from Aire Serv kept on them, and kept me informed the entire time! It was a difficult time, mid winter and my mom had a stroke, and I had to balance her care and fighting with the home warranty company to get heat. I couldn’t bring her home without heat, and Debbie went above and beyond to make that happen! And she even sent a little care package!!! I 100% recommend using them!!!

I met our technician at a friend’s home. I was impressed with the “check up fee” while preparing for winter. I scheduled and received a prompt and friendly response. Communication was amazing- from scheduling to educating me about our heating unit, recommendations, and visual proof of any additional service needs. Our unit is older, but I didn’t feel pressure to replace. Evaluation was objective. Their preferred customer plan is reasonable and provides assurance of seasonal check ups and preferred service in peak need periods. Very professional overall. Respectful of distancing and mask guidelines.

We are very happy with our experience from start to finish. Our home warranty company assigned Aireserv to repair our furnace. Debbie was very helpful and responsive to many phone calls, a technician was assigned the same day and arrived as scheduled. The technician Ryan A. was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. They were able to schedule us for an estimate within two days. They were able to schedule a replacement of our evaporator coil within ten business days of me calling to schedule. Everyone I dealt with from the person who scheduled the appointments and the person who came to give the estimate, to the techs that came out to replace our evaporator coil we’re prompt, professional, and very thorough. They give detailed estimates so you know exactly what you’re going to pay. They were under other estimates, quicker in their turnaround, and included more services than other places we looked at. Highly recommend.

Had the technician service check my furnace for winter. Diagnosed a leak inside the furnace block and provided me with options. Needed to replace the block and called in my warranty that I had for parts and scheduled a shipment for the part. Tyler George was my technician. He was very efficient and courteous.
